Bao Steel Introduced and Carried through SKF Bearing Steel Quality Management

Recently, the Special Steel Manufacturing Department of Bao Steel has held the meeting to introduce and carry through the quality management of SKF bearing steel in order to prepare for the manufacturing of SKF bearings steel in May.

In order to furthest meet the SKF quality management standard and product quality requirements, the Special Steel Manufacturing Department absorbed the SKF Supplier Quality Standard and the related special requirements and transformed them into the special management standard of the Special Bearing Department, and brought forward the SKF Bearing Steel Quality Management Regulation. At present, the Special Steel Department has organized the related plant and the technology and quality management staff to learn and carry through the regulation, and learn and exchange about the zero defect management, error proofing technology and continuous improvement.
