Automotive Parts Headquarters Acquires UESCO Warehouse Inc.
Automotive Parts Headquarters Inc. (APH), a family-owned auto parts distributor and store group, has acquired UESCO Warehouse Inc., a family-owned auto parts distribution business with locations in Fargo and Grand Forks, North Dakota. The two locations will join APH’s network of corporate Auto Value parts stores, bringing the company’s total store count to 102.
APH - UESCOUESCO Warehouse Inc., owned and operated by Dale and Steve Larson, has been in business since 1923. The Larsons will continue to operate the United Automotive Tech Centers, along with the other divisions of The UESCO Group, which were not included in the sale.
Corey Bartlett, president and CEO of APH, said, “Throughout the Upper Midwest, the Larson family is well-known for their unwavering focus on customer service. We are delighted that Dale and Steve have chosen APH to continue their family’s strong tradition of supporting the professional technician. We’re excited for an expanded presence throughout North Dakota by adding the two UESCO warehouses to our family of locations.”
This acquisition will give APH a total of seven locations in North Dakota.
