Automatic Lubricators WYKO Signs Deal With Simatec

A new distribution deal has been signed with Simatec AG of Switzerland for automatic lubricators (Simalube), bearing and seal fitting/removal tools (Simatool) and bearing heaters (Simatherm.

Suitable for any single point lubricating task with grease or oil, the Simalube automatic lubricator provides lubricant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simalube is available in fill sizes of 30 ml, 60 ml, 125 ml and 250 ml with a variety of greases from multipurpose to high temperature to food grade. Simalube lubricators guarantee a consistent supply of lubricant and reduce costs in comparison to time-consuming lubrication by hand.

Operation is via a gas producing cell which presses the lubricant on the lubrication point through the release of hydrogen gas. The lubricating amount can be adjusted by means of an Allen key. They are not just for use with bearings, when filled with oil, Simalube can be used for the automatic lubrication of chains, open gears or guide rails.
