Austin Engineering Board to Consider Buy-back

Austin Engineering Company, a manufacturer of ball and roller bearings in India on Thursday, January 1, announced its plan of buy-back of securities of the company.

The company disclosed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company would be held on Jan. 8, 2009 to consider and approve the above said proposal.


Shares of the company gained Rs 6, or 12.12%, to trade at Rs 55.50. The total volume of shares traded was 5,814 at the BSE (12.28 p.m., Thursday).
