Argentina Launch Anti-dumping Investigation Against Import Transmission Shaft From China

On July 11, 2007, Argentina Trade Administration & Policy Secretariat had a formal note with Embassy of the P. R. China in Argentina. According to the 309 resolution release by Secretariat of middle and small enterprises in Argentina on July 6, 2007, Argentina would launch an anti-dumping investigation against import transmission shaft from China. Brazil will be invited as the third country to calculate the actual value of the products.


Enterprises concerned in this case should submit certifying material to Unfair Competition Dept of Argentina Trade Administration & Policy Secretariat within 45 days from July 11, 2007. The questionnaire should be submitted within 30 days. Lawsuit material and the answers to questionnaire should be translated into Spanish and certified by both Embassy of the Argentine Republic in China and Ministry of foreign Affairs of the People
