Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office has awarded utility model patent to another three products and invention patent to one processing method.
The first one is a kind of four row cylindrical roller bearing without outer ring ribs which changes the original FCDP structure and cancels center rib. It is comprised of outer ring, inner ring, rollers, second rollers, cage housing, cage cover, center retainer ring and outer retainer ring. The stress is mainly concentrated on the outer retainer ring and center retainer ring and meanwhile the length of race is increased and the service life of bearing is prolonged. The second is a kind of four row cylindrical roller bearing which is comprised of outer ring, inner ring, rollers, the second rollers, cage housing, cage cover, hatch pin and outer retainer ring. It replaces the rivet or bolt with hatch pin to connect the cage housing and cage cover, which simplifies the assembly procedures and saves power on jointing, and also makes the beairng more safe and reliable.This kind of bearing is mainly used in metallurgy industry. The third is a kind of thrust cylindrical roller bearing which eliminates the disadvantage of the old structure. The old structure adopts bolts to connect the cage housing and cage cover of thrust cylindrical roller bearing, and if the running of bearing is not stable, the bolts easily become loose and even fall off, which will infuence the normal work of bearings. The thrust cylindrical roller bearing with new structure lathes flute on the cage, slope in the cage cover and presses the flute ribs on the cage housing directly on slope in the cage cover, which can avoid that the connection between cage housing and cage cover is not close. The processing procedure is more simple.
