Anhui Huaining Conch Independently Completed the Replacement of ATOX-50 Grinding Hydro-cylinder Base Spherical Plain Bearing [pic]

Anhui Huaining Conch Manufacturing Plant carried out the replacement of spherical plain bearing and bearing pin for the first-line raw material gringding 3# hydro-cylinder base during the downtime of TPM system on September 3rd, thus to remove device security risks and ensure the smooth operation of device.

At the same time, the relevant technical professionals formulated the detailed program for the replacement of spherical bearing and bearing pin. The technical management personnel carefully tracked each step during the replacement processing to guarantee the quality. Afterwards, they overcame lots of difficulties and successfully completed the replacement work.

The successful completion of the raw material grinding hydro-cylinder base spherical plain bearing replacement has eliminated the security risks existed in the process of raw material operating, and also enhanced the operating efficiency of raw material gringding, thus to win initiative for the stable operation during the post production.

It was the first time for Huaining Conch to replace the spherical plain bearing of raw material gringding hydro-cylinder base, which has brokethrough technical difficulties, tempered the maintenance team, and also has accumulated valuable experience to carry out other large equipment maintenance in the future.
