America cancelled the unreasonable tax

Recently, International Trade Court terminates the anti-dumping tax bearing that American Trade Ministry exerted on China.

Finished sets of bearing and taper rolling bearing exported to America had been collected the anti-dumping tax by American from June 1st of 1998 to May 31st of 1999.

LYC bearing is unsatisfied with the unreasonable tax and appeals to International Trade Court.They demand the re-identification of dumping for the products that was collected the high tax.

After identification, International Court released it was unreasonable that American Trade Ministry implemented anti-dumping tax of taper rolling bearing on China. America needs a business accounting and reports it to international trade court.
