LLPLASTICS claims its thermoplastic brushes and bearings are cost-effective alternative to conventional metal bearings in materials handling systems.




According to Allplastics, the plastic brushes are usually made from Nylon material impregnated with molybdenum disulphide, which lowers friction, reduces the need for lubrication and prolonging the life of the brush.

Allplastics says its lightweight thermoplastic brushes and bearings have low friction, are non-corrosive, self-lubricated, and have good chemical resistance.
