All Huixin Automobile Bearings were Up to the Mark

In March this year, Shandong Bearing Quality Inspection Center has carried out the sampling inspection of 28,985 sets of bearings manufactured by Huixin Automobile Bearings Co., Ltd. The result was that all the products had met the
GB/T307-2005 standard and were judged as qualified products.

Since the latter half of last year, Huixin Company has improved the quality of all the products.
1. They consummated the detecting devices, which can effectively analyze the chemical ingredients of the materials
2. They reformed and controlled the key processings and completely accomplished the mid-frequency heating forging and adopted the nitrogen group to protect the atmosphere quenching heat treatment.
3. They added 20 NC grinding mill and the NC equipments have taken up 80% and above of all the equipments. They planned to accomplishe the renewing of all the old equipments in one year.

As the outstanding qulity management, the reliability of products was greatly improved.
