ABC Bearings - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

ABC Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 27, 2012 to August 03, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 03, 2012.

The dividend will be distributed after the same is approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting on August 03, 2012.
