Recently, Li Lizhai, Liu Xiaohua and He binfeng, etc. from the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have invented a testing device for measuring bearing friction moment, which has acquired the national patent authorization. The device comprises internal axis, enclosure, power dowel pin, cantilever beam, stress-strain transducer, strain acquisition and analysis system and engine. When the engine drive the internal axis to run, the internal ring of the tested bearing run with internal axis, due to the effect of friction moment between internal and external rings of the tested bearing, the moment signal of the bearing internal and external rings is transformed into the moment signal of power dowel pin, and then the moment signal of power dowel pin is transformed into strain signal of cantilever beam; the stain signal is later tested by the stress-strain transducer, which transforms the strain signal into electric signal; the electric signal of the stress-strain transducer is converted and adjusted through the strain acquisition and analysis system, and finally the high precision test of the friction moment is achieved.
