A Shearer Walking Wheel Bearing from FuTeLai Bearing Technology patented

Hebei Fu Te Lai Bearing Technology Co., Ltd has obtained an utility model patent for its Shearer Walking Wheel Bearing from the State Intellectual Property Office on March 25, 2015 (patent No. ZL 2014 2 0691219.6).

The product comprises an inner ring and an outer ring, with a plurality of rolling elements arranged in the space formed by them. There is a groove in the inner side of the outer ring in axial direction, in which the rolling elements are arranged radially, with the other side in contact with the inner ring.

Full complement design with no cage allows rolling elements to guide themselves in operation. With respect to bearings of the same size, such bearing has more rolling elements, which means higher load capacity, and ensures the start performance of shearer. A seal is provided in the contact surface of the end cap and the inner ring, to realize a simpler sealing structure and make it more convenient for disassembly.
