A National Key Science and Technology Program undertaken by LYC passed the Pre-acceptance

On July 3, an expert group oganized by the Nationa Key Science and Technology Program Office for "High-end CNC Machine Tools and Basic Manufacturing Equipment" visited LYC for pre-acceptance of the key science and technology program "Large Speical Bearings" undertaken by the same.

Since the start of the program in March 2009, LYC has been cooperating with other 5 units including Henan University of Science and Technology for the development and manufacture of large special bearings in accordance with the related technical requirements on high-end CNC machine tools and basic equipment, and has completed the design, manufacture, testing and small batch production of such bearings and even the demonstration application in the CNC machine tool industry.

During the pre-acceptance, the expert group attentively listened to the report by the responsible and participating units of this program, and came to the production site of the extra-large bearing factory and iron shaft company for on-site inspection of the product manufacturing process and interpellation of relevant issues. They gave full recognition to the performance and achievements concerning this program, and made some ​​suggestions on the exsiting problems and improvements. Finally, the group unanimously approved the pre-acceptance of the key science and technology program "Large Speical Bearings" undertaken by LYC.
