On June 25, 2012, the Science and Technology Bureau of Linyi City assigned experts to conduct acceptance check to Linyi Kaiyuan Bearing Co., Ltd., for the Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Project in the Technology Development Plan of Linyi City -- the "Anti-premature decay bearing R & D project. During the visit, Wang Jiarong, manager of Strategic Planning Division of Linyi Kaiyuan Bearing and the relevant responsible personnel made detailed introduction to the experts about the implementation of the project. The expert group finally announced that the project passed the acceptance after listened to the project report, review the relevant materials, look over the product samples, and conducted site question and discussion.
Aiming at the premature decay of bearings used for domestic light/mini-car currently, the project adopts advanced technical solutions on the aspects of design, materials and manufacturing craft, and has obtained five utility model patents, the certification for "Boutique Bearing" by the State Quality Inspection Center for Bearings, second prize of Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, Achievement Award for Technological Development in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan in Chinese bearing industry, second prize of the Patent Award in Linyi City, etc. The product has now entered the stage of mass production, with the expectation to embrace a expansive industrialization foreground and significant economic and social benefits.
