A Bearing Enterprise in Wafangdian was Fined for Illegal Using Certification Mark

Although ISO9000 certification has expired, a bearing enterprise in Wafangdian, Liaoning province continued to use under the name of the company. It misled the consumers and violated "Product Quality Law". Therefore, Wafangdian Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau seriously handled the phenomenon after verification. A total of 165 pieces from three batches were confiscated because of illegal production and the company was fined with the equal value. The responsible person of the company made the written assurance that they would correct the illegal action immediately and changing the packing. They would never use this certification mark until the completion of review.
