As continuity from Meet The World Tournament U-12 done in May 2010, SKF send the winner of tournament Jakarta Football Academy (JFA) to Gothia Cup in Gothenburg, Sweden that opening in July 19 until last final game on July 24, 2010.
For the first time Indonesian Flag showed at Gothia Cup opening ceremony, since it started in 1975. This is really make proud not only us here in Indonesia, also Indonesian Community in Gothenburg with their full supporting such as bringing food for the team and also as supporter on the field in every match of Indonesia team.
The performance of Indonesian kids in Gothia Cup it's very amazing said Indonesian community there and also comment from some coach team in our group that really surprise with the strategy and individual ability of Indonesia team. The final result we've got in big 16 play off B among 140 teams in our catagory Boys 12.
Indonesian team have another important support from Youth and Sports Minister, Andi Mallarangeng in a courtesy visit on Jun 17 in his office companied by SKF Board of Directors and also big support from Swedish Ambassador, HE Mrs. Ewa Polano for visa processes and a proudly event for all team including their parents with luncheon in her residence.
