The Joint Inspection Committee found that 91 per cent of the bearings were at an improper location and 81 per cent bearings had problems with top grout and 33 per cent bearings had problems with bottom grout.

Cracks in girder bottom were found at 37 locations at up to 70 per cent of the depth of the bottom slab.
