2005 Top 100 Auto Parts Manufacturers Come Out

June 24, China Association of Automobile Manufacturers(CAAM) and National Bureau of Statistics of China(NBSC) together announced the result of "2005 China Top 100 Auto Parts Manufacturers" in Beijing. Wanxiang Group, Weicai Power, Yuchai Group etc have been listed.

Compared with the previous version, the 2005 Top 100 rank differentiated itself by including foreign-funded enterprises, so as to encourage localization of foreign enterprises.

Of all the 2005 Top 100, annual sales were RMB217.577 billion, increased by 10.7%, about RMB21 billion from last year, accounting for 63 percent of the domestic total of all scaled auto parts producers. There are 4 enterprises whose annual sales exceed RMB10 billion; 4 between RMB5 and 10 billion; 14 between RMB2 and 5 billion; 30 between RMB1 and 2 billion.
